I began shopping around for insurance as my companys best rate was behind having my phone pretty much wide open to their programs. I didnt mind the idea of drive tracking, but it seemed to want much more than was necessary. When reviewing Erie I asked a few coworkers and they spoke volumes about it. After completing an online quote I was contacted by An agent (Leslie Snyder) who was a really great person to talk to. After going thru the basics she ran me down some figures that were ahead of others and 600 less per year than where I had been without intruding on my day to day. Leslie was very knowledgable, pleasant, and fast on getting back to me whenever I had a question. The whole office seems like it fosters a positive work environment, and prices to coverage are good. If your shopping around I recommend trying Erie out. Even if you choose somewhere else you will not have wasted any time here.

Leslie was so kind and so helpful when I was purchasing my new car as a young girl. I would 100% recommend talking with her for any of your insurance needs!!

I only have good things to say about this company, and that’s all because of Nicole! Nicole makes me feel very comfortable on the phone. She never has a problem with explaining things to me when I don’t understand. She is the most kindest person and I wouldn’t want to talk with anyone else! I definitely recommend going with Erie for car insurance if you want an insurance that cares about you and makes you feel valued as a customer :)
