Dealing with insurance is never a “fun” time as usually something bad has happened leading to your call. However, Elizabeth K. received my concerns with such grace and compassion, and truly went above & beyond, she actually made the whole experience quite enjoyable. She utilized her network to get me the best care, kept me updated throughout the entire process, and even prevented an issue I didn’t know was about to come my way before I was affected (then called me right after to let me know). She took all of the stress off my shoulders and I am very grateful! Thank you for making me feel heard :)
