I use them for my personal, business, and corporate needs and I have never had an issue. William and Nicole are simply AWESOME! Have used Progressive and State Farm in the past several years, not saying they are bad, these days each insurance company is trying to be creative in terms of product & service. But it feels so good that somebody actual try to understand your needs and respond in your best interests. Strongly recommend if you are looking for insurance of best value.

I decided on Forbes Insurance after doing research on a number of local Erie agencies and it was by far the best decision! Leslie was so incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and kind throughout the entire process of having my already existing policies with Erie rewritten due to relocation. I originally called a bit too in advance, but as soon as everything was able to move forward, Leslie was immediately reaching out to me and working with me to get what I needed as quickly as we could do it! In the end, she even ended up saving me money for the same exact coverage!! Leslie truly provided an unmatched customer service experience and I can’t wait to work with her and Forbes more in the future. 11/10 recommend for all your Erie Insurance needs!
