How often does an insurance company personally call you up to say you just saved over a thousand dollars for the year? Hardly ever, but that is the kind of meticulous, diligent, and thoughtful professionalism you get with Nicole and William at Forbes Insurance. I left Nationwide Insurance due to escalating costs and poor customer service. Nicole and William have been amazing. I receive the same quality of coverage but with substantial savings. Their broad knowledge and experience has helped me find the best coverage for my auto and home owner’s insurance and I talk directly to Nicole or William, never a voice response system. Which is a rare experience these days. They work hard for you 24/7 and genuinely care. I feel lucky to have found such a great team! Thank You!

Everyone is very friendly here. Specifically, Patty has been a huge help to me the past couple days while I have been in the process of purchasing a new car and getting it added to my policy. She has explained and taken care of everything for me in a manner that makes you feel really cared about as a customer and almost feels like you are speaking to an old friend! 5 stars easily.

I found Forbes here on Google and saw the ratings and picked them solely on that. Turned out to be a great decision! Leslie is fantastic, super personable and even fought to save us a few extra dollars on our policy when the insurance copy tried to sneak a few in. Don’t hesitate to give them a call!

Patty was so helpful and nice when calling about a few concerns on my auto claim. She was more than happy to try and help in any way that she could. Everyone that I have spoken to at Forbes has been wonderful, and made me feel welcome with all my questions and concerns.

I joined Erie insurance in 2016 by visiting the Forbes Insurance Co office in Lancaster. I have been pleased so far and the staff is always pleasant and informative. I just signed up for a 3rd policy. I was very pleased with the premium price and the extra coverage. A huge improvement from my old insurance co. It was great working with Leslie!!
